To change your default reply settings in Outlook online

  1. Go to Outlook online by typing in your browser, and login with your GPS email address and password.
  2. Click on settings (the gear icon top right), then click Mail near the bottom.
  3. On the left sidebar under Mail, click Reply Settings.
  4. In the middle you will see Reply settings. Change your default response from Reply all to Reply. Click Save.

When you return to your email, the default button will say Reply. Click the down arrow to choose Reply All.
